The Enneagram

For 30 years I have enjoyed speaking in various settings from seminars, conferences, and retreats. I am a certified teacher and therapist through The Narrative Tradition of the Enneagram, Menlo Park, CA. I use the Enneagram to help individuals, teams, and couples and do workshops and classes.

I have taught the Enneagram to HCA, Vanderbilt Women’s Center, Belmont Convocation, Congregation Micah, Spero Dei Church, United Way, Thistle Farms, Reed PR, and many other teams and organizations.

I also lead solitude retreats, shame resilience groups and retreats, and wellness conferences.

What is The Enneagram?

It is a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation. The nine-pointed Enneagram symbol represents nine distinct strategies for relating to the self, others and the world. Each Enneagram type has a different pattern of thinking, feeling and acting that arises from a deeper inner motivation or worldview. Learning about these patterns fosters greater understanding through a universal language that transcends gender, religion, nationality and culture. While we are all unique, we share common experiences.

“We have brought Liz in to work our team on both Enneagram training and anxiety and stress management. Her words of wisdom are always well-received and the cultural impact is immense. We’ve seen real change from our trainings with Liz. My partner and I both highly recommend Liz for workplace training!” - Katie Adkisson, Partner, Reed Public Relations

“I met with Liz to first figure out my Enneagram type. She provided clarity and guidance as we narrowed down the numbers, truly listening and sharing insights. Once I determined that I lead with a “three”, we continued to work together on ways I can use this for personal and professional growth. I’m very grateful for all that I learned during my time with Liz!” - Erin Horne, Nashville
