Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for Trauma, Depression, and Anxiety

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) has been shown to help individuals with treatment-resistant trauma, depression, and anxiety. This therapeutic approach is provided as part of a comprehensive treatment plan and is supervised by myself, a licensed therapist, in partnership with Journey Clinical and their medical team.

Results may vary from person to person, and therapy is tailored to meet individual needs.

I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Journey Clinical. KAP is a modality in which Ketamine is used as an adjunct to psychotherapy to help eligible clients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in mental health.

I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports clients in all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine, and monitoring outcomes.

All clients must be assessed and approved by a doctor first, and must have a preparation session and integration session before and after the dosing session with myself.
