About Liz Perez

“I believe that healthy relationships are critical to how well we thrive in life.”

It is a privilege for me to help my clients find hope and healing amid their struggles. My entire adult life has been given to walking alongside others through painful life events and growth opportunities. I offer Couples Therapy primarily using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Enneagram workshops, marriage weekend intensives, and trauma work with Brainspotting.

I have been married for 31 years and have two adult children. I love spending time with my family, hosting dinner with good friends, and sitting on my deck overlooking the hills of Nashville.

My passion is helping my clients that find themselves stuck in destructive patterns that lead to disconnection. By healing past relational wounds and learning new ways of connecting, my goal is to bring clients back to secure, emotional intimacy.
